I provide a unique approach to cognitive training that includes combining elements of therapy and cognitive training to help my clients develop longstanding strategies and tools. First, I work with my clients to identify how their cognitive problems impact their everyday functioning. Then, we tailor an individualized treatment plan for each client to help them develop cognitive strategies, skills, and coping strategies that will be most helpful in their life. Beyond this, I also work directly with my clients to identify and develop effective strategies for managing the cause of the cognitive problems or contributing factors (i.e., stress, anxiety, depression)
