I went on to complete my predoctoral internship and postdoctoral training in the northeast. I completed by internship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and my postdoctoral fellowship at the Boston VA Medical Center.

My Clinical Approach

I have extensive training in a variety of evidence-based treatments. My therapeutic approach is primarily rooted in an integrative framework, which focuses on drawing on from various therapeutic approaches, including – Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance-Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), emotion-focused, and attachment-based therapies – to help clients learn strategies and skills to improve their overall psychological health and well-being.

I approach therapy from a clinical framework guided by emphasizing rapport with each client, empathetic listening, compassionate guidance, and a collaborative process to help the client meet their therapy goals.

As a trained clinical neuropsychologist, I also offer comprehensive  neuropsychological and psychodiagnostic evaluations.
